What you will do

• Perform venipunctures and collect blood specimens following aseptic techniques.
• Verify patient identification and test orders to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain specimen integrity and track collections using Skedulo.
• Manage logistical tasks including printing reports and scheduling courier pickups.
• Resolve billing questions and coordinate with the mobile phlebotomy team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health regulations regarding PHI.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• National Phlebotomy Certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• Ability to work in a mobile setting with required PPE.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and tracking systems.

Nice to have

• RN, BS, or BA degree.
