Salary: $18–$21/hr (plus 15% weekend differential)

What you will do

• Coordinate patient care including pharmacy communication, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within electronic health records (EHR).
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered communication across internal and external channels.
• Identify and escalate workflow issues to ensure operational efficiency.
• Participate in team huddles and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and data confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of medical assistant experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior telemedicine experience required.
• Must be able to work weekends and assigned holidays.
• Proficiency in navigating telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet access for remote work.
