What you will do

• Develop and architect SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments for complex SoCs and IP blocks.
• Create detailed verification plans to ensure comprehensive functional and code coverage.
• Build and optimize verification infrastructure, regression frameworks, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and software teams to manage project milestones.
• Lead testbench reviews and drive continuous improvement of verification methodologies.
• Coordinate with emulation and software teams to ensure high-quality tapeout deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years, Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology.
• Proven track record of achieving functional and code coverage closure on complex SoC/IP tapeouts.
• Solid scripting skills in Python for verification automation.
• Experience with industry simulators like Xcelium, Questa, or VCS.

Nice to have

• Experience with protocols such as AMBA, PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, or UART.
• Knowledge of ARM processor subsystems, memory controllers, or NoC designs.
• Working knowledge of C/C++ for reference modeling.
• Experience with gate-level simulation and post-silicon validation.
• Experience mentoring junior verification engineers.
