What you will do

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to create comprehensive test strategies for functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated test cases to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira.
• Analyze test results and provide quality status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Communicate technical risks and release recommendations across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for test automation.
• Solid understanding of Linux, Windows, and VMware environments.
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise networking, cryptography, and SAN technologies.
• Must be able to work 100% on-site in Broomfield, CO.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of Fibre Channel, FCIP, and FICON protocols.
• Active security certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, or CASE.
• Experience with security frameworks like STRIDE and regulatory compliance (FIPS, NIST, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Brocade SAN administration.
