Quality Systems Coordinator (Food & Beverage)

What you will do

• Coordinate and maintain FSHCP, HACCP, and QFS management systems.
• Lead internal and external audits (FSSC, kosher, organic, US Military, RSPO, GFCO) and manage CAPAs.
• Act as the champion and owner for the Traceability Program, including training and gap resolution.
• Oversee the Food Fraud program and serve as a back-up for Food Defense initiatives.
• Drive the iCare quality mindset and lead the digitalization of plant programs.
• Monitor KPIs, collect data, and support continuous improvement to eliminate losses resulting from product specification gaps.

Requirements

• B.S. in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related science fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within Quality Assurance in food manufacturing or regulatory functions.
• Experience working in a processing and manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Q&FS management systems (ISO, FSSC 22000, PRP’s, HACCP, GMP, GHP).
• Proficiency in auditing, project management, and statistical evaluation.
• Experience with data analytics tools including Power BI, LIMS, and SAP.
