Salary: $184,900 – $275,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering teams developing production-quality software for AI-native content creation.
• Drive technical strategy and architecture for backend services, media pipelines, and ML model integrations.
• Partner with ML scientists, product managers, and creative professionals to define engineering roadmaps.
• Establish high engineering standards through code reviews, testing strategies, and operational excellence.
• Own integrations with industry-standard Digital Content Creation (DCC) tools like Maya and After Effects.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of technical growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
• 8+ years of experience leading the development of multi-tier web services.
• 3+ years of experience designing or architecting scalable systems.
• Strong knowledge of the full software development life cycle and operational excellence.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
