AML Onboarding Manager (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote across Europe; listed locations include Lisbon, the Netherlands, Latvia, Tallinn, the EU, Kyiv, and Georgia

What you will do

• Manage the full B2B client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement through activation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of required steps.
• Prepare, maintain, and review documentation packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Communicate with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners.
• Monitor application statuses, provide timely information, and drive next steps.
• Improve internal onboarding workflows and operational efficiency using appropriate tools.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B client onboarding, underwriting, or compliance operations.
• Mandatory experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, e-commerce, or financial services.
• Understanding of client onboarding processes and related regulatory requirements.
• English at C1 level and Russian at C1 level, written and spoken.
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with banks, PSPs, or other financial institutions, plus strong multitasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and independent working skills.
