What you will do

• Lead the full B2B client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement to successful activation.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure timely execution of all required steps.
• Prepare, maintain, and oversee documentation packages for compliance with internal and partner requirements.
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners regarding onboarding matters.
• Monitor application statuses and proactively drive next steps to ensure completion.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding B2B clients, underwriting, or compliance operations.
• Mandatory experience within fintech, payments, PSPs, or e-commerce.
• English: C1 level.
• Russian: C1 level.
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Must be based in Europe.
