AI Enterprise Architect (TOGAF)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote with up to 50% travel required).

What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI solutions integrating networking, compute, storage, cybersecurity, and application layers.
• Apply the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) across all engagements from vision to implementation.
• Translate AI strategy and business requirements into referenceable technical architectures and phased roadmaps.
• Collaborate with practice-specific presales engineers and consulting teams to ensure cohesive cross-practice solution delivery.
• Produce Statements of Work (SOW) and technical proposals that clearly define scope, dependencies, and practice responsibilities.
• Provide delivery phase governance to ensure solutions meet agreed-upon client outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel 40-60% of the time.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience across AI infrastructure, data center networking, compute, storage, and cybersecurity.
• Active TOGAF 9 or 10 certification is required.
• Proven experience in enterprise-grade architecture deliverables, including roadmaps, decision records, and solution designs.
• Strong expertise in AI infrastructure components including GPU compute (NVIDIA), networking (Cisco), and hyperscaler AI services (AWS, Azure).
• Ability to present architecture recommendations to CTO/CIO-level audiences and facilitate technical workshops.

Nice to have

• Advanced architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Cisco CCIE.
• Experience designing multi-agent AI architectures, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, and enterprise AI deployment frameworks.
• Prior experience working within hirify.global practices or similar professional services environments.
