What you will do

• Direct and manage daily back-of-house operations for a high-volume restaurant concept.
• Optimize profitability by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high performance and retention.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, quality, and labor laws.
• Collaborate with management to adjust menus and respond to guest feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a high-quality restaurant group.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site at the designated Universal Studios Hollywood location.
