What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to define 3-6 month risk roadmaps.
• Implement risk policies and launch strategies for new credit products.
• Build scalable, product-level dashboards and data pipelines for KPI tracking.
• Utilize experimentation and data insights to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Take full ownership of product unit economics and long-term growth goals.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/LLM tools to accelerate analytics and team automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in risk or credit strategy within a financial institution or fintech.
• Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization.
• Proven track record of building scalable analytics and tooling for cross-team reuse.
• Subject-matter expertise in a large risk domain such as credit risk or account takeover.
• Experience applying AI/LLM tools with sound judgment on accuracy and compliance.
