Salary: £35,948–£39,050 plus quarterly bonus

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of claims handlers to exceed performance targets
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and objective setting
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture focused on accountability and growth
- Manage HR-related matters including absence, probation, and improvement plans
- Interpret performance data to drive efficiency and monitor claim quality through audits
- Collaborate with other leaders to ensure departmental alignment
Requirements
- Must have existing right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- Proven people management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and influence team performance
- Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool
