Salary: £35,948–£39,050 plus quarterly bonus

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of claims handlers to exceed performance targets
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and objective setting
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture focused on accountability and growth
• Manage HR-related matters including absence, probation, and improvement plans
• Interpret performance data to drive efficiency and monitor claim quality through audits
• Collaborate with other leaders to ensure departmental alignment

Requirements

• Must have existing right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
• Proven people management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and influence team performance
• Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool
