What you will do

• Develop and maintain the risk management framework, policies, and guidance.
• Support managers and teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
• Own and maintain organizational risk registers to ensure risks are clearly articulated.
• Embed risk management into project and change activities.
• Provide risk reporting and insights to the Leadership Team and Executive.
• Coordinate responses to audit findings related to risk management and control effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience in risk management, governance, or assurance roles.
• Practical experience in risk identification, assessment, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in regulated, education, or complex organizational environments.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications or memberships such as IRM or CII.
