What you will do

• Make outgoing calls to players based on assigned tasks and scripts.
• Inform players about current bonuses, promotions, and special offers.
• Assist with failed payments and basic account-related inquiries.
• Provide first-line customer support and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on call results and performance metrics.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and communication quality.

Requirements

• English: C1/C2 proficiency required for confident communication.
• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
• Extroverted personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and flexible tone.
• Must be located in Ukraine, Spain, or Poland.
