What you will do

• Own the end-to-end enterprise architecture function, setting standards for scalability, resilience, and security across AWS and on-premise environments.
• Lead the modernization program for core in-house applications, transitioning the estate toward cloud-native, API-first architectures.
• Direct the DevOps organization, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and observability practices.
• Define and maintain enterprise-wide development standards, coding patterns, and API design principles.
• Establish an architecture community of practice and lead training programs to elevate engineering capabilities.
• Partner with security teams to embed security-by-design and manage the responsible adoption of emerging technologies like AI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, specifically managing hybrid cloud and on-premise technology estates.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture, DevOps methodologies, and modern application development practices.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams and driving organizational change.
• Ability to translate complex business strategies into coherent, governed technical roadmaps.
• Experience in application rationalization and managing technical debt within large-scale portfolios.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with CIOs and senior business stakeholders.
