What you will do
- Define and evolve the Asia enterprise architecture blueprint across application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains.
- Lead the adoption of AI capabilities, including underwriting automation and claims intelligence, and institutionalize AI architecture frameworks.
- Act as the regional design authority for large-scale transformation programs and govern solution architectures via ATG, RTAB, and ETAB forums.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native architectures and platform engineering practices to modernize legacy systems.
- Partner with regional executives and CIOs to align technology investment decisions with business transformation priorities.
- Mentor the architecture and engineering community and drive the adoption of DevSecOps and SRE practices.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and modern architecture patterns.
- Advanced knowledge of AI/ML technologies, GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Expertise in data architecture and AI data pipelines.
- Knowledge of insurance domain architecture (New Business, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Admin).
- Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation and cybersecurity architecture.
