Compensation: €75,000 – €125,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers to review project specifications and define technical requirements.
• Prepare integration plans, technical breakdowns, and accurate project estimations.
• Perform hands-on development using Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS.
• Conduct code reviews, write tests, and ensure high-quality PRs.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and experiment with new technical solutions.
• Scale the platform to support growth from 50 million to 500 million users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a backend or fullstack software engineer.
• Proven track record in tech scale-ups or fast-paced, agile environments.
• Experience working on large-scale products with thousands of monthly active users.
• English: C1 (perfectly fluent) required.
• Comfortable building products based on uncensored AI models and content.
• Strong ownership, doer mindset, and obsession with user experience.

Nice to have

• Past experience or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps).
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
