What you will do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to source and recruit talent aligned with workforce planning needs.
• Use proactive sourcing strategies to mine for talent and build qualified candidate pipelines across multiple geographic areas.
• Research talent markets to assess supply vs. demand, competitor intelligence, and best places to find talent.
• Develop applicant sources and implement creative recruiting strategies using digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases).
• Use hiring and sourcing statistics to improve sourcing decisions and outcomes.
• Coordinate relationships with placement offices and attend job/career fairs to generate qualified applicants.

Requirements

• 5 years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement for professional and management-level exempt positions, including 3 years using electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Corpus Christi, TX.
• Experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.
• Travel may be required up to 10%.
