What you will do

• Grow the spot crypto business, including B2C trading and B2B2C Crypto-as-a-Service offerings.
• Develop and execute licensing strategies and ensure a flawless compliance record.
• Manage product roadmaps, including adding new coins, chains, and features for competitive advantage.
• Oversee operational tooling improvements for banking, stablecoin rails, and market making.
• Manage critical vendor contracts such as Fireblocks, Notabene, and Chainalysis.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, compliance, finance, and sales to drive business performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in crypto exchanges, brokerages, or regulated trading venues.
• 3+ years owning a business line.
• Direct experience with VASP, MSB, or equivalent licensing regimes.
• Hands-on understanding of crypto operations, custody architecture, and on-chain settlement.
• Experience selling and solutioning B2B infrastructure to institutional counterparties.
• Ability to work across CET and ET time zones daily.

Nice to have

• Prior work at a licensed broker-dealer, FCM, or clearing entity.
• Familiarity with tokenized securities or on-chain settlement infrastructure.
• Experience standing up a licensed entity in a new jurisdiction.
• Fluency with Fireblocks, Notabene, or Chainalysis tooling.
