What you will do

• Organize meeting rooms and set up refreshments for internal and external guests.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, perform basic DIY tasks, and manage kitchen hygiene.
• Handle incoming/outgoing post, courier deliveries, and coordinate internal material runs.
• Assist with office relocations, including manual handling of furniture and IT hardware.
• Provide administrative support such as stationery management and photocopying.
• Cover the front desk, handle calls, and greet visitors professionally.

Requirements

• Dependable team player with a "can-do" attitude and punctuality.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize a diverse workload.
• Professional interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
• Knowledge of or interest in Visual Effects (VFX) or Animation is highly desirable.
