What you will do

• Lead media relations in the US and Americas, building relationships with key journalists and pitching thought leadership angles.
• Develop and execute local communications plans focused on energy storage, renewables integration, and grid modernization.
• Draft high-quality external content, including press releases, op-eds, bylined articles, and executive presentations.
• Own and manage all social media content for the US and emerging Americas markets.
• Provide strategic counsel to internal stakeholders on media engagement and reputational considerations.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align communications with pipeline development and commercial milestones.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in external communications, PR, or corporate communications.
• Proven experience working with media, specifically energy, business, technology, and policy reporters.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and compelling stories for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing social media channels and drafting platform-specific content.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in the energy industry, particularly in renewables, utilities, or energy storage.
• Familiarity with policy and regulatory debates within the energy sector.
