What you will do

• Design and optimize complex Calculation Views and SQLScript procedures in SAP HANA 2.0.
• Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SAP Data Services (BODS) for S/4HANA to BigQuery migration.
• Configure connectivity between SAP and Google Cloud Platform, utilizing GCS for staging.
• Optimize BigQuery table partitioning, clustering, and schema design for scalable analytics.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across the SAP-to-Cloud data stack to ensure minimal disruption.
• Analyze and improve data pipeline performance to support real-time or near-real-time availability.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP HANA 2.0, including XSA architecture and HDI Containers.
• Expert-level proficiency in SAP Data Services (BODS) and delta-load frameworks.
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA data dictionary (ACDOCA, MATDOC) and CDS views.
• Experience migrating SAP data to Google BigQuery with focus on performance optimization.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in HANA 2.0 or S/4HANA.
• Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification.
• Experience with GCP services like Cloud Composer, Dataflow, or Pub/Sub.
• Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud.
