What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP and IT-related issues to ensure stable system operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across SAP environments, infrastructure, and connectivity.
• Assist project teams with technical tasks, contributing to coordinated and timely delivery.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of database and OS platforms including Linux, Unix, Windows, Oracle, and DB2.
• Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure service continuity.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices to improve support efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland and hold a valid visa for Poland.
• Fluent Polish (written and verbal) and communicative English required.
• Familiarity with SAP landscapes, including OS/DB platforms and core SAP HANA concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of SAP system operations such as system copies, user management, and transport management.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts and experience in consulting or customer-facing environments.
