Location: Turin, Italy (Onsite). Must hold a full Italian driving licence.

What you will do

• Manage a team of Fleet Specialists, including conducting one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training.
• Oversee the efficient execution of vehicle maintenance, repairs, transportation, and repositioning.
• Manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure optimal availability and usage.
• Ensure team adherence to health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Coordinate daily operations with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to agreed procedures.
• Support van operations, including the installation and removal of tracking devices.

Requirements

• Full Italian driving licence (mandatory).
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in managing a team of people.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• General understanding of digital work tools such as MS Office and G Suite.
