FP&A Analyst

TL;DR

FP&A Analyst (Finance): Maintaining routine reporting and automating manual processes with an accent on sales to revenue conversion and functional spend. Focus on transitioning manual trackers to automated ecosystems and providing analytical support for group-wide projects.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, NL (up to 3 days WFH per week)

What you will do

• Maintain and publish daily sales reporting alongside weekly and monthly sales and margin reports.
• Transition static Excel and Google Sheets into automated reports using APIs, basic automation, or AI tools.
• Consolidate inputs for the commercial and functional budget rounds and support Finance Business Partners.
• Track department functional spend and assist with the month-end accrual process for P&L accuracy.
• Prepare monthly sales to revenue reconciliations and analyze volume and mix variances for commercial initiatives.
• Assist in preparing data slides for month-end closing decks for Shareholders and the Supervisory Board.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English for collaboration in an international environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including lookups, pivots, and logic building.
• One year of relevant experience in Commercial FP&A or Business Controlling.
• Formal education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Amsterdam, NL to support the hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Oracle.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Board or Looker.
