What you will do

• Own commercial analysis and reporting of the global P&L across all regions and categories.
• Consolidate and challenge regional commercial inputs to create a consistent performance narrative.
• Lead commercial insights for monthly business reviews, forecasts, budgets, and board reporting.
• Provide analysis on volume, pricing, mix, and market performance to support decision-making.
• Partner with regional teams to identify commercial drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of FP&A processes using AI and digital tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance within FMCG or CPG.
• Deep understanding of P&L management, including revenue, volume, pricing, and gross margin dynamics.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proven ability to present complex commercial topics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience consolidating performance across multiple markets or business units.
