What you will do

• Partner across business units to shape and operationalize the enterprise AI strategy.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and enable the adoption of AI tools, copilots, and agentic workflows.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and reusable patterns to scale successful AI initiatives.
• Act as a strategic advisor on emerging AI technologies and market solutions.
• Drive consistency in how AI initiatives are evaluated, prioritized, and scaled across the organization.
• Lead organizational change management to ensure sustainable adoption and measurable business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital transformation, operations, or enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, and workflow technologies.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for audiences ranging from frontline employees to executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
