What you will do

• Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Support ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) processes to build unified data sets from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting needs and track KPIs.
• Automate recurring reports and maintain data dictionaries and governance standards.
• Prepare clear and concise summaries of findings for team and stakeholder review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in reporting, analytics, or BI (internships and academic projects welcome).
• Basic proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Eligibility to work in the US (based on company insurance and veteran status markers).

Nice to have

• Hands-on project experience with Google Looker.
• Exposure to programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
