What you will do/Что делать

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation.
• Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes are followed; coordinate communication across technical teams, business stakeholders, QA, and external partners.

Requirements/Требования

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics.
• Strong project management expertise including budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Technical understanding of IT systems, cloud-based solutions, software development lifecycles, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
• Excellent oral and written English communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
