Regional Community Manager

Salary: CAD 90k - 115k per annum (base) + performance-based variable compensation

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and communicate information on best tools, pipelines, processes, and methodologies to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal experts, CTG Writer Team, and external vendors to create learning materials, best-practice articles, and case studies.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate internal meetings across departments and studios to encourage mutual sharing and learning.
• Capture and improve visibility of existing knowledge using video recordings, meeting minutes, and shared materials from community events.
• Develop communication methods to maximize how target audiences use shared knowledge.
• Collect and evaluate feedback on knowledge-sharing activities to continuously enhance them.

Requirements

• Passion for games.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in training/communication/community.
• Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, writing, and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills and timely follow-up.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management.
• Educational background in art, engineering, or design.
