Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + Equity

hirify.global is building a data-rich operating system to bring parking real estate online, replacing manual operations with intelligent technology to optimize assets for owners.

What you will do

• Launch and manage a high-production-value owned publication on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Develop a recurring quarterly data report program using AI to automate analysis and production.
• Conduct interviews with key figures in commercial real estate, mobility, and urban policy to produce unique insights.
• Pitch original data findings and stories to journalists to earn significant media coverage.
• Manage social media content for the CEO and company channels, converting raw transcripts into human-centric posts.
• Create SEO and GEO-targeted content grounded in original research and proprietary data.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience as a journalist, editor, or researcher with a portfolio of published work.
• Ability to analyze datasets to identify anomalies and extract compelling narratives.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to elicit deep, non-generic insights.
• Proficiency in writing clean, direct prose across various formats, from longform features to media pitches.
• Experience using AI tools to build and optimize editorial workflows.
• Must be located within North America and work within US time zones.

Nice to have

• Beat experience in commercial real estate, proptech, mobility, or business/finance.
• Proven track record of earning media coverage through effective pitching.
• Experience growing audiences on LinkedIn or other social platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and AI search engine citation patterns.
