What you will do

• Design posters, image posts, carousels, and typeset signals that define the brand identity.
• Create layouts for essays and short films that prioritize readability and a publication-style aesthetic.
• Manage the publishing calendar and schedule content across various channels.
• Monitor performance metrics including engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth.
• Maintain an organized library of templates, source materials, and reusable creative assets.
• Deliver weekly performance reports to analyze audience feedback and content effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating finished, high-quality visual work.
• Command of design fundamentals including typography, composition, cropping, and grading.
• Fluency in using AI tools for drafting, layout, and variations while maintaining high craft standards.
• Ability to work with restraint and produce quiet, impactful visual communication.
• Literacy in layout design and ability to follow clear creative direction.
