TL;DR

Principal Solutions Architect, Technology Sales Lead (AWS): Designing technical strategies and reference architectures for AWS co-sell pursuits with an accent on Generative AI and data analytics. Focus on leading client-facing deep-dives, scoping POCs, and establishing reusable architectural standards to drive alliance growth.

Location: Remote (US). Hub preference: New York, Kansas City, Detroit. Must be based in the US. Hybrid approach: teams are in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

  • Lead technical win strategies on priority AWS co-sell opportunities and conduct client-facing deep-dives.
  • Design reference architectures and patterns that become standards for the AWS alliance and Partner Central.
  • Scope and lead proof-of-concept (POC) work to prove delivery capabilities and transition them to production.
  • Build and maintain trusted technical relationships with AWS Solutions Architects and ProServe teams.
  • Advise leadership on AWS architecture strategy and maintain alignment with AWS roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
  • Deep hands-on AWS expertise with a track record of delivered projects.
  • Proven ability to lead demos and POCs that win competitive pursuits.
  • Strong command of enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Experience working within a Global Systems Integrator, agency, or professional services environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • AWS Solutions Architect Professional and specialty certifications (ML, Data Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and generative AI implementations.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and advertising technology.
  • Prior experience working directly at AWS or within an AWS partner company.
