What you will do

• Own and maintain extensive content libraries including knowledge base articles, macros, and process documentation.
• Translate complex operational rules into clear, accessible guides for agents and customers.
• Implement and enforce content standards for structure, terminology, and tone of voice.
• Audit existing documentation to remove outdated or conflicting information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement based on feedback.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, summarization, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• English proficiency: C1+ required
• Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or knowledge management.
• Proficiency with Confluence or similar documentation platforms.
• Practical experience using AI tools for content structuring and quality checks.
• Ability to manage high volumes of content in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain complex page hierarchies and version control.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk, chatbot tools, or macro management.
• Background in Support, Moderation, or Customer Operations.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion.
