Location: Ülikooli 1a, Tartu, Estonia; hybrid work

What you will do
- Translate new PAM+ product features into clear, user-friendly release notes, manuals, overviews, and other content.
- Focus on engagement tools such as leaderboards, missions, and prize drops.
- Create how-to videos explaining how to use PAM+ systems and products.
- Review and update articles, videos, and other materials to keep them accurate and easy to use.
- Collaborate with software analysts, developers, product managers, the Content Development Team Lead, and other writers.
- Contribute to Academy and the product knowledge base.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English.
- Ability to create clear web content and marketing-style copy.
- Ability to understand new software products, identify user benefits and USPs, and explain complex topics simply.
- Structured approach to breaking down product features step by step.
- Comfort switching between writing, editing, and video creation.
- Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Nice to have
- Examples of relevant skills and achievements in a cover letter.
- Experience producing product articles or how-to videos.
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence or Jira.
- Experience using AI tools for content development.
