What you will do

• Support global daily operations of the Global CoE for Engagement & Belonging, including coordination and documentation.
• Maintain and update Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Employee Engagement content across internal platforms.
• Prepare and deploy global marketing materials, including content and graphics.
• Manage communication and event-related tasks, such as consent management and distribution lists.
• Administer user access for collaboration tools like MS Teams.
• Process purchase orders, expense settlements, and invoicing for external vendors.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Psychology with a major in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience with employee surveys, preferably in an international environment.
• Solid experience in structuring and managing large volumes of data.
• Strong business acumen and experience managing stakeholders at different levels.
• Business fluent in English.
• Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
