What you will do
- Develop immersive VR scenes and scenarios to support engineering decision-making.
- Maintain VR laboratory hardware and software environments.
- Translate manufacturing use cases into effective VR experiences.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on product design, maintenance, and safety reviews.
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer related to VR solutions.
- Prepare technical presentations and report-outs for engineering and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience in cross-functional teams.
- Strong CAD interoperability skills, specifically CATIA and IVT.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production engineering, and MBOM/EBOM.
- Experience maintaining hardware and software environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in human factors, ergonomics, or safety engineering.
- Passion for or previous experience in the aviation industry.
