What you will do

• Lead AI infrastructure projects from the execution of agreements through to construction readiness.
• Manage integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and pre-construction risk registers.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning (electrical, fiber, water), and owner obligations.
• Facilitate weekly development reviews and recommend Go/No-Go decisions for project milestones.
• Ensure a seamless handoff to the Delivery organization with comprehensive documentation and minimized risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Site Selection, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure development.
• Proven track record in managing permitting, entitlement, and utility coordination.
• Strong expertise in owner's budgeting, development scheduling, and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and establish new governance processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of application.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development.
• Knowledge of self-development or joint venture delivery models.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or PMP certification.
