What you will do

• Contribute to backend and full-stack feature development, testing, and release for core products.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on module design, API definition, and system integration.
• Support the engineering deployment of AI/LLM capabilities, including RAG pipelines and agent integration.
• Write and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations to ensure code quality.
• Build and maintain datasets for evaluation and track online performance.
• Produce technical documentation and communicate effectively across distributed teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to commit to at least 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Experience with AI/LLM projects such as prompt engineering, RAG, or vector databases.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping web or backend services.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Exposure to LLM evaluation, prompt iteration, or fine-tuning workflows.
