What you will do

• Own the design and delivery of agentic AI systems for customer support and compliance automation.
• Build scalable, secure backend infrastructure in Python and Golang to serve AI workloads.
• Implement LLM orchestration, grounding mechanisms, and measurement frameworks.
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex AI initiatives, balancing latency, accuracy, cost, and reliability.
• Mentor engineers on AI system design patterns and lead code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience building production LLM-based applications, RAG, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang (or comparable backend languages).
• Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale unstructured data (e.g., blockchain data).
• Must be based in the USA or LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating rapid company growth from startup to mid-size.
• Familiarity with Docker, Postgres, and MongoDB.
• Background in AI/LLM infrastructure.
