TL;DR
Technical Support Engineer (ERP Integration): Providing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP integrations with an accent on SAP, D365FO, D365BC, and NetSuite. Focus on resolving complex technical issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring high customer satisfaction within a hybrid team based in Kraków.
Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kraków, Poland. Working hours: 13:00 to 21:00.
Salary: 12,500–14,500 PLN/month gross.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP integrations escalated from other departments.
- Provide clear, timely, and detailed technical support to customers, partners, and consultants.
- Maintain thorough documentation of support cases and resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with R&D, 1st line support, and consulting teams to improve product processes.
- Stay updated with new technologies and features to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience working with SQL, XML, and JSON.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of technical problems.
- General understanding of technology and comfort working in technical environments.
- Must be available to work in a hybrid model in Kraków, Poland.
- Must be available to work the 13:00–21:00 shift.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with SAP, D365FO, D365BC, or NetSuite.
- Familiarity with distributed systems.
