What you will do

• Analyze incidents and document root causes to improve system reliability.
• Review and update team documentation and processes in Confluence.
• Maintain and update configuration management database (CMDB) information.
• Review and track Jira incidents and problems.
• Collaborate with the team to support daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or related fields.
• Eligibility for an IEFP Level VI Internship is mandatory.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new technical concepts quickly.
• Collaborative team player attitude.
