Senior Consultant (ICS/OT Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote (Australia)

What you will do

• Lead architecture reviews, assessments, and custom tabletop exercises in industrial environments.
• Perform documentation review, gap analysis, and network/host data collection.
• Analyze PCAP and other data types to develop protocol dissectors and analytics.
• Create tailored tabletop scenarios to simulate real-world attack consequences and transfer knowledge to customers.
• Develop content for customer training programs based on engagement insights.
• Provide technical guidance for pre-sales scopes of work.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with ICS/OT systems.
• Deep understanding of industrial control systems, devices, and communication protocols.
• Experience in critical infrastructure sectors such as electric, oil & gas, chemical, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in technical writing for professional environments.
• Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, and network monitoring solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).
