Intern - Analytical Sciences (Protein Science)

Location: Must be based in Minhang, Shanghai

What you will do

• Prepare animal- and plant-based protein/peptide samples for analysis.
• Perform routine biochemical analysis, proteomics, and peptidomics.
• Operate analytical instruments including LC/MS after training.
• Record experimental data accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Protein Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or related fields.
• Strong interest in laboratory-based analytical research.
• Available for a full-time internship of at least three months.
• Ability to follow SOPs and laboratory safety requirements.
• Detail-oriented and responsible approach to experimental work.

Nice to have

• Experience with protein separation, purification, and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
• Prior experience operating LC/MS or similar analytical instrumentation.
