What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers to achieve strong technical and business outcomes.
• Partner with account executives to drive technical win strategies for new business and expansion opportunities.
• Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
• Support team members in customer discovery, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Translate complex customer business challenges into modern data, analytics, and AI solution strategies.
• Represent the company with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders as a trusted technical leader.

Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related customer-facing teams.
• Strong background in a vendor or commercial technology environment supporting complex enterprise sales motions.
• Deep understanding of modern data platforms, data engineering, analytics, and cloud ecosystems.
• Proven ability to coach teams on technical sales strategy, executive communication, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining technical depth to guide teams through deal complexity.

Nice to have

• Experience in the data engineering or observability space.
• Background with cloud platforms such as AWS, dbt, Domo, or Datadog.
• Experience developing teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
