What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the RVO platform, planning and executing work across quarters.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, setting standards for quality and culture.
• Stay hands-on with system design and code, contributing to performance-critical and data-intensive components.
• Shape data ingestion and structures for large-scale geospatial networks.
• Partner with Product, Deployment, and Customer Success teams to align technical solutions with customer outcomes.
• Influence engineering best practices and long-term platform direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical people-leader with a track record of end-to-end delivery.
• Strong technical credibility in architecting and shipping complex, production-grade systems.
• Ability to quickly build context in unfamiliar technical domains.
• Strong product sense and ability to partner effectively with product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering polished, high-impact results.

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams on financial, investment, or statistical modeling products.
• Exposure to geospatial systems, utilities, energy, or physics-based platforms.
