Enterprise Solutions Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Architect bespoke technical solutions and provide direct support for enterprise customers.
• Develop compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources and documentation to amplify sales team effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify and productize common integration patterns in collaboration with product teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software development and software architecture.
• Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of common integration patterns.
• Experience working directly with customers to solve technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Passion for AI and ElevenLabs products.
