What you will do

• Provide accurate and timely support via Slack, chat, or email to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Diagnose technical problems and escalate complex issues to R&D or Product teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a professional, supportive tone.
• Create and update support documentation and log interactions in the support system.
• Continuously build technical skills through ongoing training and mentorship.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• At least one full year remaining until graduation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work intensive hours, including night and weekend shifts.
• Strong will to learn and curiosity about cloud and cybersecurity technologies.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Linux.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Knowledge of SQL or cloud environments.
