Focus on solving large-scale architectural challenges, optimizing rendering and bundle performance, and driving frontend standards across multiple engineering teams.

What you will do
- Define the frontend architecture and technical roadmap for the Cloud Secure Edge Admin Console.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise interfaces for access policies, device monitoring, alerts, connectivity analysis, dashboards, and analytics.
- Establish standards for performance, accessibility, quality, maintainability, testing, and frontend development practices.
- Drive cross-team architectural decisions and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and Platform teams.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and hands-on leadership.
- Improve frontend performance, CI/CD, observability, reusable components, design systems, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise web applications.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, React Query, HTML, CSS/Sass, and modern frontend architecture.
- Experience designing complex UIs, data-intensive applications, dashboards, and visualizations with tools such as Highcharts or ag-Grid.
- Deep expertise in lazy loading, code splitting, tree shaking, bundle optimization, rendering performance, and scalability.
- Experience with accessibility, security, testing, design systems, component libraries, technical strategy, and mentoring.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, networking, Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, or cloud security.
- Experience with micro-frontends, frontend platform engineering, and distributed frontend ecosystems.
- Experience with frontend observability, monitoring, performance measurement, scalable data visualization platforms, or security dashboards.
- Experience working in globally distributed engineering organizations.
