What you will do

• Collaborate with suppliers to improve machine quality, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment for full automation.
• Perform root cause problem solving and define SOP/OCAP to enhance technician competency in repairing and predictive maintenance.
• Lead and implement automation solutions to improve structural utilization and eliminate human error.
• Proactively survey and benchmark new technologies from industry peers and other sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Within 2 years of working experience in a relevant field.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Must be able to work onsite in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 6-sigma and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with hardware design software such as Auto-CAD, Pro-E, 3DMAX or general programming concepts.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within projects.
• Passion for self-learning and professional growth.
