Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Bavaria, Germany; candidates must already be based in Munich.

Salary: €60,000–€80,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack features with TypeScript and React, focusing on user experience.
• Design scalable backend systems for terabytes of client data and millions of API requests.
• Own features end to end, from concept and deployment through ongoing operation, reliability, and security.
• Synchronize and index large datasets, manage fine-grained permissions, and operate high-volume LLM workloads.
• Architect secure environments that run thousands of code sandboxes per day.
• Debug production incidents, implement durable fixes, mentor junior engineers, and improve code quality through reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong production experience with React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Backend engineering experience with Python, tRPC, or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed high-throughput services.
• Demonstrated full-stack application development experience with substantial frontend and backend contributions.
• Currently based in Munich; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience integrating AI services or a strong interest in AI-integrated platforms.
• Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure backend services handling high data or API volumes.
